Nate Fuller practices primarily in the area of renewable energy project finance, with an extensive background in commercial finance and secured transactions, commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law, including both North Carolina and South Carolina-based middle market commercial finance transactions. Nate’s practice includes representing construction lenders and permanent debt lenders in renewable energy project finance transactions and representing developers in purchase, sale and investment transactions.  Nate also has experience representing administrative agents, lenders and borrowers in single bank, club and syndicated (leveraged and investment grade) commercial finance transactions that include subordinated debt, second lien and intercreditor arrangements and non-traditional financing arrangements. Prior to specializing in renewable energy, Nate gained broad exposure to a number of different financing areas, including, aircraft, commercial and industrial, healthcare, and real estate and renewable energy.

Nate’s other practice areas include representing buyers and sellers in various investment and divestiture and equipment leasing transactions, as well as representing lenders and borrowers in workout and forbearance transactions.

Prior to forming W&F, Nate practiced with Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, and Kilpatrick Stockton (now Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton).

While in law school, Nate was a member of the University of South Carolina Law Review and served as the Assistant Symposium Editor.
