Nate Fuller retired from W&F at the end of 2025 with over 25 years of commercial finance experience and 14 years in renewable energy. As a co-founder of the firm in 2015, he assisted with the firm’s transformation from general middle market finance to the renewable energy project finance boutique that W&F has become. Nate remains a firm believer in the renewable energy industry and the continued growth and expansion of existing and new technologies. During his time at W&F, Nate invested many hours in developing the firm’s expertise in renewable energy transactions, from researching projects to analyzing tax laws to crafting custom terms and provisions for many renewable energy financings. Nate blended the technical skills of an accomplished contract attorney with friendly and collaborative client relationships. Nate remains very close with the firm and looks forward to watching its continued growth and success. His legacy of hard work, attention to detail and common-sense approach to business law remains a model for the firm’s attorneys.
