MADDIE TAGUE

Maddie Tague practices in the areas of commercial finance and secured transactions, renewable energy project finance and commercial real estate. Maddie focuses her practice on representing lenders, developers and investors in the renewable energy sector.

Maddie has extensive experience spanning a broad range of complex real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisition, development, leasing and financing. She has represented landlords and tenants in negotiating commercial retail, office and industrial leases and has advised developers and investors on all aspects of a project’s due diligence.

Prior to joining Wielechowski & Fuller, PC, Maddie practiced with Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP.

While in law school, Maddie was a member of the University of South Carolina Real Property Trust and Estate Law Journal and the Student Bar Association.
