CHARLIE MILLER

Charlie Miller’s practice focuses on renewable energy and hotel/resort project finance and development, primarily representing lenders on the financing, construction, and acquisition of hotels/resorts, hospitals and renewable energy projects (including solar, hydropower and biomass facilities). Charlie has extensive experience representing domestic and international lenders and sponsors in single bank, club and syndicated commercial finance transactions.

Prior to joining Wielechowski Fuller, PC, Charlie practiced with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and Reed Smith LLP.
